Shipping and delivery

At Kamara Jewellery we like to move fast, so when you order an item from our in stock range, we won't make you wait 28 days. We won't even make you wait 7 days. We will post out on the same day as you order. All deliveries will require a signature, and in most cases will be with you on the next working day.

How much do we charge for this express delivery service? We don't! Our policy is that shipping will always be free of charge, whether you order one pair of earrings, or ten bracelets.

Please note that where items are out of stock, lead times for delivery will be quoted individually on our website and will depend on a combination of volume of backorders and manufacturing time. 

Returns and refunds

We at Kamara Jewellery are so confident that you will be delighted with any product brought from our product range that we are pleased to be able to offer an extended customer care service beyond our obligations under 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations'.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, please return the item in its original condition including packaging within 14 days of receipt quoting your order number. We will then issue you with a full refund, a replacement, or a credit note as to whichever you prefer.

You are welcome to use whichever delivery service but please be aware that the item is your responsibility until receipt is confirmed by Kamara Jewellery. It is for this reason that we recommend using an insured carrier, which fully covers the value of the goods, for example, Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If in the unlikely event you find your product to be faulty. Please accept our sincere apologies, and return to us within 30 days of receipt of your item. We will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement. Please ensure you read and take care to follow the guidance within the crystal care card that came with your item to ensure your product has a long, happy and glittering life.
